SUCCESS STORIES

Hunter Wellman has won contracts for our clients in many areas including machining parts, Defense IT projects, distance learning, construction and renovation jobs, training, enterprise architecture projects (STATE, JUSTICE, USDA, and DHHS), video and design production, and others.

Below is a sample of our work:

Client: Xram

Hunter Wellman Services: Turnkey Business Development

Service Description: Xram specializes in all facets of IT planning, deploying, operations, and maintenance support. Xram’s primary client was the Washington DC Joint Operations Command Center (JOCC). The JOCC is the primary command and control facility in Washington DC and consists of a network of over 300 cameras that survey and protect the nation’s capitol. Xram’s contract with the JOCC was the build, maintenance, and management of all IT components of the facility.

Xram came to Hunter Wellman to expand their Command and Control business. After a thorough review of Xram’s capability and past performance, Hunter Wellman developed a marketing plan that would target specific users of command and control technologies. The result of this effort was a significant increase in revenue associated with their command and control division. Contracts won include:

  • Acquired an SBIR contract with DARPA in the area of Network Centric Warfare and information flow in command and control valued at 100 K. Phase two of this project is under consideration and has a projected value of 750 K.

Client: Force Preparedness Training Services (FPTS)

Hunter Wellman Service: Turnkey Business Development

Hunter Wellman staff worked with FPTS and identified bases located throughout the United States that would benefit from FPTS’ capabilities and experience. Client: Warehouse Intellect

Hunter Wellman Service: Turnkey Business Development
