Availbility of Grant Funding Through University Partnerships
Our client had an impressive portfolio on training products servicing mostly local businesses in St. Paul, MN. HW realized the lack of Federal Past Performance as well as any Federal contracting vehicles would make direct sales with the government a costly and time consuming process. Rather than marketing to the government, HW installed an partnering approach that leveraged the resources and past performance of partner organizations. In this instance, a partnership with North Dakota University yielded a grant that netted our client a 2.5 million training development contract with DHHS.
