Teaming and Proposal Development Support for Large MAS IDIQ contracts.

 

Our client had a strong past performance record with many Federal agencies - but lacked the past performance and company capability to compete for the highly anticipated release of NIH's 2 billion dollar technology MAS IDIQ - CIO SP3.

 

Hunter Wellman consultants conducted extensive outreach to companies with the past performance necessary to shore up our clients gaps.  The end result was a five memeber contracting teaming arrangement (CTA) that offered NIH comprehensive capabilities meeting all ten of the Task Areas.  The CTA was awarded a CIO SP3 contract and is currently engaged on several task orders.
