Networking Client Capabilities into Relevant Program and Contracting Offices


Our client held many contracts for property management services with banks forclosing on housing units. Client management wanted an expansion into the government and called Hunter Wellman to act as a “bolt-on” sales staff to focus on their property management services.


Hunter Wellman learned of a program under USDA to manage housing units the agency had foreclosed on under its rural home mortage department.  We were able to land several state contracts under this program - and provided a national expansion of the company's US footprint.
